How to request it
- Log in to your Hotmart buyer account (or use the link in your purchase email) and request the refund under “My purchases”, or
- email gemati.10@gmail.com with your purchase email and transaction code and we will guide you.
Timing
Hotmart refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on the method (cards usually take 1–2 billing cycles).
After 7 days
Because digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are not issued after the guarantee period unless required by applicable law or the file is defective and we cannot fix it.
EU/UK consumers
By buying digital content with immediate access you agree that delivery begins before the statutory withdrawal period ends; we nonetheless keep our voluntary 7-day guarantee.
